The Kansas City Chiefs are marching into Lumen Field tonight for Week 7 of Sunday Night Football, rocking an undefeated 5-0 record, but our Seattle Seahawks are geared up to hand them their very first loss of the season.
Chiefs Undefeated, Hawks Middling, But There’s Always Hope
It’s a rare sight to see Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs playing a primetime game outside of Arrowhead, and they’ve landed right here in the Northwest. Man, talk about a shift in perception since the start of the year. Back in January, who would’ve thought this matchup would carry this kind of weight, or even that it would heavily favor Kansas City? Now, we’re looking at a Chiefs squad that is flawless at 5-0, while our Hawks are sitting at a middling 3-3. The contrast is stark, but this is the NFL, and anything can happen on Sunday Night.
The 12th Man Is Ready to Roar
Tonight, every single one of the 12s inside Lumen Field is going to be loud, part of that legendary 12th Man energy, ready to make life miserable for the entire Chiefs team. This isn’t just any game, it’s our chance to put a dent in their perfect season. We’re on primetime, under the lights, and it’s time to show the league what Seattle football is all about. The noise, the passion, the sheer will of the Emerald City faithful, it all comes together tonight to try and knock off the unbeaten.
This is Week 7, and we are ready for a battle. Our Hawks have a golden opportunity right here at home to turn their season around and knock off an undefeated opponent. Get loud, Seattle. Let’s send the Chiefs packing with their first loss of the season.
