Three-time All-Star Ben Simmons is reportedly hitting the court for the Sacramento Kings this week, with his preseason debut slated for as early as Thursday against the Los Angeles Lakers.
Andscape’s Marc J. Spears dropped the news, confirming that Kings fans won’t have to wait long to see their star in action. If Thursday’s game against the Lakers doesn’t work out, Spears reported that Saturday’s tilt with the Golden State Warriors is the absolute latest we should expect to see Simmons on the floor. It’s time for the preseason to kick off, and Sacramento is getting a major piece back right from the start.
Kings fans need to mark their calendars. Thursday against the Lakers, or Saturday when the Warriors come to town, is the moment we’ve been waiting for. It’s time to see what this Sacramento squad can do with Simmons officially in the mix.
