Holy cow, did you SEE Week 7?! BYU just pulled off a shocking upset over Notre Dame, and that’s a massive blow for the Irish. Seriously, how do you even recover from that kind of loss? It was an absolute stunner, and it definitely got everyone talking.
SEC Weekend Was Pure Chaos
But wait, there was even more madness brewing, especially in the SEC. Number one Georgia totally fell apart against Auburn at home. Can you believe the top team just dropped one like that? And get this, Alabama lost their second straight game, this time to Tennessee. Like, what is even happening down there?! Texas also slipped up against Florida, which just piled onto the wildness. After that kind of weekend, you gotta wonder if it’s time to reevaluate the quarterback situation in Austin. That’s two straight losses for them, and it makes you think.
Big Ten QB Drama and Close Calls
Over in the Big Ten, things were just as wild, though maybe less about upsets and more about drama. Michigan actually managed to pull out a win, but only after benching Bryce Underwood. Can you imagine the conversations happening there? And Ohio State, man, they really had to hang on tight against Indiana to secure that victory. Plus, Oregon barely stayed alive in their game against Nebraska. This college football season is just bonkers everywhere you look!
Talk about a chaotic Week 7, right? With all these top teams falling and big moves happening at quarterback, you just know the next few weeks are gonna be insane. Can’t wait to see how this all shakes out.
