Get ready, because tonight we’re all going to be hearing a *lot* about a certain ex-Leafs player when the Toronto Maple Leafs hit T-Mobile Arena to take on the Vegas Golden Knights at 10:00 p.m. ET. This is the first “PPP After Dark” of the season, meaning anything can happen, and you know there’s some serious drama brewing with this matchup.
You can catch all the action on TSN4 or SCRIPPS, but trust me, just staying up late with us is the real ticket. Before the Leafs even drop the puck, we’ve got an appetizer game starting at 9:00 p.m. ET with the Avalanche. I fully expect the Avs to bounce back and win that one after what went down last night against the Jets.
Seriously, the Jets, even without Hellebuyck available, absolutely mopped the floor with the Avs. It’s wild, the Jets just seem to be that one good team the Avs can never quite figure out how to beat. Maybe it’s that long bus ride from Denver all the way to Winnipeg? Whatever it is, the Avs really need to shake it off before their game tonight. But once that’s wrapped, it’s all eyes on Vegas.
So clear your schedule, grab your snacks, and get ready for some late-night hockey. With an ex-Leaf making headlines and a fresh season of “PPP After Dark” kicking off, you just know this isn’t going to be a quiet night in Vegas. You won’t want to miss a second.
